My Onkyo TX-RZ810 loses audio Dolby Atmos. It shows up in playback pauses. It lasts 1 second and occurs sporadically, sometimes more often.
The equipment has 3 months.

My configuration:
Onkyo TX-RZ810 -> 5.1.2. The latest firmware 25-04-2017. Performed reset settings
Sound Source: MSI GTX 1060 Gaming X 6GB -> HDMI 4K-4.4.4 @ 60Hz. Windows 10 x64, version 1703 - no. Compilation 15063.332.
Installed DOLBY ACCESS -> Dolby Atmos for home theater version 1.2.247.0

The same thing happens on INTEL NUC6CAYH -> HDMI 4K-4.4.4 @ 60Hz. Windows 10 x64, version 1703 - no. Compilation 15063.332.
Installed DOLBY ACCESS -> Dolby Atmos for home theater version 1.2.247.0

Various HDMI cables that support HDMI 2.0 are checked

From my side I did what I could. Please answer if the equipment is suitable for service ...

Hi MarcinDH83,

please test it with an BlueRay Player and an Atmos Movie. If there the same that the Atmos signal gets Lost?
