Hi,

At the end of December 2015 I purchased a Onkyo TT, CP-1050. This came with an offer of a free pair of headphones, so, I completed the offer leaflet and sent it off to Onkyo, Headphone Offer, Germany at the beginning of January 2016.

Closing date for this offer was 31 Dec 2015, but so long as you returned the offer leaflet fully complete (as I did) you had until 31 Jan 2016.

I have not heard anything back regarding this offer and was wondering if you could look into this for me.

11 days and still no answer from any support on forum...
at the same time I also e-mailed customer services and got a ticket number, but no answer as yet.

*pokes ribs*
An acknowledgement would be nice ;)
