I perchased Onkyo HT-R390 in november 2012. Suddenly there is no sound from the speakers. I tried everything: turned it on and off, bought new HMDI cables, reset it back to factory values, pulled the plug out and turned it on the next morning. Nothing!
There is no warranty anymore.
What can I do?

Hi Monica, I replied to another thread of yours about this did you get that?

You need to check the serial of your machine and enter it into onkyo site for the HDMI audio issue. The warranty is extended until 2018 for a receiver with that issue :)

I have checked the serialnumber of my receiver allready on the site, but it said that I didn't need the update. So I've send an email to Onkyo with my complaint some time ago. Today I've send an other email asking why the didn't reply. Maybe it helps! I'll keep you informed, thanks,
