Onkyo TX-Nr509 won't Start

Hello Guys,
my Tx-Nr509, which has been running great for a while now, recently gave up its service.
When I cranked the Volume, it shut down without a warning after about 3 minutes, which worked just fine for about 3 years now.
Since then if I power it up, it instantly shuts itself back off, after like 1-2 seconds, no matter what I do (all cables except power removed).
Is there anything I can do myself, or is it worth sending it into tech support and if yes where can I find one (Germany).

Hi Faceplant,

did you try an factory reset? If not do this please.
To reset the AV receiver to its factory defaults, turn it on and, while holding down VCR/DVR, press ON/STANDBY. “Clear” will appear on the display and the AV receiver will enter Standby mode.

Control the unit after the reset.

In case that it will not help, please get in contact with an Onkyo Service Point.

Please get in contact and make an appointment for the device to be checked.

Yes I tried, Problem is, it almost instantly shuts itself down again.
I will contact a Service Point, thanks.
